Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy – ALMED-BEAUTY LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY 
Article 1.
General Provisions This Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy sets out the rules for processing personal data of users (hereinafter referred to as: "Users") visiting the website available at the domain almedbeauty.pl, hereinafter referred to as "ALMED-BEAUTY Service," as well as any mobile applications that may be offered by ALMED-BEAUTY LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY. The personal data controller is ALMED-BEAUTY LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, headquartered in Łódź, at Mikołaja Kopernika 64B / 44, 90-553 Łódź, Poland, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0001024150, holding NIP 7272867165 and REGON 524694706 (hereinafter referred to as: "Controller"). The Controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer, who can be contacted via email at iod@almedbeauty.pl or by traditional mail (address provided above).
Article 2.
Processing of Personal Data – Using the ALMED-BEAUTY Service Users visiting the ALMED-BEAUTY Service can browse its pages without registering or providing personal data. In the case of registration and use of services, the Controller may process the User's data in accordance with the scope of the services provided.
Article 3.
Legal Basis for Personal Data Processing The Controller processes personal data in accordance with legal regulations, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), exclusively for purposes necessary for the operation of the ALMED-BEAUTY Service, such as contract performance, registration handling, service provision, contacting Users, preventing abuses, and marketing own products.
Article 4.
Principles of Data Processing The Controller processes personal data in a manner consistent with the purposes for which they were collected, ensuring Users' rights in accordance with legal provisions. Data is stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, unless the law requires a longer storage period.

Rights of Data Subjects Every User has the right to:

  • object to the processing,
  • data portability,

Article 7.
Data Retention Period and Other Provisions Data is processed for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of processing. Data processed based on consent is stored until the consent is withdrawn. The Controller may also use automated data analysis methods (profiling) to optimize services and tailor content to Users' needs. Article 8.
