If you are a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance agreement.You can withdraw from the agreement by submitting a declaration of withdrawal, for example, via email sent to: office@almedbeauty.pl.Please return the item to us promptly at the address: ul. Mikołaja Kopernika 64B / 44, 90-553 Łódź, Poland, but no later than 14 days from the day you withdraw from the agreement.You can withdraw from the agreement within 14 days.The 14-day withdrawal period begins:
  • For an agreement involving the delivery of goods, where we are obligated to transfer ownership – from the moment you or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you takes possession of the goods.
  • For digital content – from the day the agreement is concluded.
Sending the withdrawal declaration before the deadline is sufficient to meet the deadline.Payments you made, including delivery costs as specified in the terms and conditions, will be refunded promptly, but no later than 14 days from the date we receive your declaration of withdrawal.We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the item back or proof of its return, whichever occurs first.Please note that the right to withdraw from a distance agreement does not apply to consumers in cases such as:
  • Custom-made products or those tailored to meet individual needs.
  • Perishable goods or items with a short shelf life.
  • Goods delivered in sealed packaging that cannot be returned once opened due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging was opened after delivery.
  • Audio or visual recordings or computer software supplied in sealed packaging, if the packaging was opened after delivery.
  • The supply of digital content not recorded on a tangible medium, where performance began with your explicit consent before the withdrawal period expired and after being informed about losing the right to withdraw.

If you are a consumer, and the product purchased from us is found to be defective, you have the right to file a complaint based on warranty. Complaints can be submitted via email to: office@almedbeauty.pl or by postal mail to the address: ul. Mikołaja Kopernika 64B / 44, 90-553 Łódź, Poland.Please send the defective product to the following address: ul.   • Replacement of the item with a defect-free item.
  • Repair of the defect.
Or submit a declaration:
  • For a price reduction.
  • Withdrawal from the agreement – in the case of a significant defect.
